The Minister of Agriculture in Nigeria has proposed a ban on the import of fish and sea food. The government wants to boost local industry, but a ban will not be easy to enforce. Al Jazeera's Yvonne Ndege travelled to the city of Port Harcourt in Rivers State and filed this report.
