Georges Moustaki, nous à quitté jeudi 23 mai 2013 de son vrai nom Giuseppe Mustacchi, est né le 3 mai 1934 à Alexandrie, de parents juifs grecs immigrés en Égypte. Il s'est installé à Paris en 1951 et y a fait une rencontre déterminante, celle de Georges Brassens qui l'a intronisé dans les nuits de Saint-Germain-des-Prés. C'est en son hommage qu'il a adopté le prénom Georges. Tant de belles chansons qu’il nous laissent en souvenirs, il sera toujours avec nos souvenirs.
